KH-ZNJ is a concrete tackifier, also known as a concrete water retention agent or viscosity regulator. It increases the viscosity of aqueous solutions in concrete and helps restrict free water in cement paste, so the mixture maintains better cohesion and workability.
By improving the bridging effect between cementitious materials and aggregates, KH-ZNJ helps prevent segregation and bottom grabbing. It is especially useful for machine-made sand systems, low cementitious material content concrete and concrete that is sensitive to admixture dosage.

How should auxiliary materials be added?
For formulations requiring other ingredients, mix the auxiliary materials with the aqueous thickener first, then add the mixture in batches under stirring for rapid dissolution.
Store KH-ZNJ in sealed containers and protect it from contamination, freezing, strong sunlight and prolonged exposure to air. Keep the product clearly labeled and use clean measuring equipment during production.
The proper dosage should be determined by trial mix according to concrete grade, aggregate condition, cementitious material content and the target viscosity. Add the product under stirring and verify slump, flow, bleeding and segregation performance before batch production.
