Efficient Retardation
KH-GR801E provides strong retarding effect at low dosage, with linearly controllable setting time.
Good Gypsum Compatibility
It adapts to different gypsum material systems and works with other functional additives after compatibility testing.
Strength Stability
The product does not affect later mechanical properties, helping maintain stable gypsum strength development.
Gypsum Self-Leveling Mortar
Used to adjust working time in gypsum-based self-leveling formulations.
Plastering and Jointing Gypsum
Suitable for plastering gypsum, masonry gypsum, painting gypsum, jointing gypsum and gypsum putty.
Gypsum Boards and Blocks
Can be used in gypsum precast parts, gypsum blocks, gypsum boards and other gypsum product fields.
What dosage is recommended?
The recommended dosage is 0.02%-0.15% of the binders.
How should it be added?
Mix KH-GR801E evenly with other dry powder components before construction mixing and application.
What affects the optimum dosage?
Gypsum mineral composition, calcination quality, storage time and required setting time all affect the final dosage.
Store KH-GR801E in sealed packaging in a dry, ventilated place. Protect from moisture. Shelf life is 12 months from production; expired material should be tested before use.
Use 0.02%-0.15% of binders as the recommended range. Determine the optimum amount by trial testing and verify setting time, workability and strength development.
