HX-ZQJ Accelerator is a high-performance admixture compounded from organic and inorganic materials. It significantly enhances early concrete strength, shortens curing time and improves the turnover rate of formwork and prefabrication yards.
The product meets the accelerator requirements specified in GB8076-2008 Concrete Admixtures. It is designed for concrete and mortar projects in negative or low-temperature conditions where the minimum daily temperature is above -20°C.

What dosage is recommended?
The stated dosage is 2.0%-4.0% of total cementitious materials, including cement, fly ash and mineral powder.
How is HX-ZQJ added?
It is used by dry mixing. Spread the metered product into the sand and stone hopper and mix for at least 3 minutes.
Can caked product still be used?
If caking occurs, the product can still be used after crushing, provided quality is confirmed before use.
HX-ZQJ is packed in 25 kg bags. Protect from rain, moisture, fire and direct sunlight. Do not stack too high; the existing guidance is no more than 10 bags to prevent caking.
Use 2.0%-4.0% of the total mass of cementitious materials. Add by dry mixing and keep mixing time at 3 minutes or longer. Confirm setting time, early strength, workability and temperature suitability through trials before production.
